launched on April 1, 2007 (this date
was chosen not to celebrate April Fool's Day)
is the brainchild of Dr. Rafael Barrozo, Organic Farming Specialist and
Dr. Antonio E. Refre, an e-Learning
Consultant, both of whom have extensive experience
in their field of expertise. The
idea was borne out from their observations on
what can be done to make this country an
environment-friendly place to live in.

This organization believes in the key policy objective of today's common agricultural policy:
Sustainable development must encompass food production alongside conservation of finite resources and protection of the natural environment so that the needs of people living today can be met without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
